We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or NYC. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.
What You’ll Do:
The Calm Business team is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist skilled in creating and delivering sales enablement materials to help ensure our revenue-generating teams are set up for success. This person will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across the business while implementing successful sales enablement strategies. The Sales Enablement Specialist will assist in analyzing sales processes and performance to identify areas for improvement, and champion solutions alongside the Sr. Manager, Talent Development to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. The goal of our sales enablement team is to increase sales productivity and effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our business.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement programs, including presentations, playbooks, training modules, and other resources to support the sales team throughout the entirety of the sales cycle
- Deliver on a sales enablement calendar with live training sessions for the sales team to ensure a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and effective sales techniques
- Work in close partnership with the Marketing team to effectively communicate and transfer knowledge of sales collateral and messaging strategies to Sales team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Managers, Marketing, and Product to understand product offerings, market positioning, and the competitive landscape and translate this understanding to the Sales team
- Collect feedback from the sales team on areas for improvement in sales processes and training needs
- Design and lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to ramp up quickly and contribute to the team's success
Who You Are:
- Understanding of the sales process, funnel and/or sales methodologies
- Proven success in learning and development, training, sales training, teaching, curriculum design, communications, or a related role for a remote/distributed workforce
- Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage and enable sales professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive towards a common goal
- Experience in and/or passion for the mental health industry
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in and/or passion for the mental health industry
- Familiarity with e-learning programs and software like Workramp
- Familiarity with Outreach.io, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Gong
Minimum Requirements:
- This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience in communications, learning and development, training, sales training, teaching, curriculum design or project management
The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,700- 148,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off.
