Global Comp & Benefits Associate Manager
The Global Compensation and Benefits Associate Manager will lead in the administration and management of our compensation and benefits programs in Poland and The UK, and support the rest of our regions. This role requires a high level of precision and an ability to learn and understand both local and international compensation and benefits standards to ensure competitive and equitable offerings that align with CreatorIQ’s strategic goals.
What you’ll do:
Benefits and Payroll Administration:
Assist in managing day-to-day benefits operations, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
Work with global benefit providers to ensure services meet employee needs and compliance standards.
Lead global full-cycle payroll process to ensure data accuracy and reporting for Poland and The UK. Support other global payroll as needed.
Assist in the Development, Implementation, and Maintenance of Compensation Programs:
Support in the design and implementation of salary structures and benefit packages.

Help maintain up-to-date job classifications and salary bands:
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to gather competitive compensation data.
Analyze job roles to appropriately position them within our internal structures, considering global variances.
Support Global Compensation and Benefits Strategies:
Contribute to the development of creative solutions for compensation and benefits challenges that align with global trends and local needs.
Help in the alignment of performance management systems with compensation structure.
Regulatory Compliance and Governance:
Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international laws affecting compensation and benefits practices.
Support audits and reviews of compensation and benefits programs to ensure adherence to company policies and governance.
Employee Communication and Education:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of informational materials and presentations about employee benefits.
Act as a point of contact for compensation and benefits queries to provide prompt and accurate responses to employee concerns.
Support Global Employee Engagement

Partnering with other HR team members to plan and organize events globally as well as for EMEA
Additional duties as assigned
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
3+ Year of experience in Human Resources
Experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices and legal compliance.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with EU payroll
Experience with payroll platforms
