Business Development Representative
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-impact GTM team. You’ll be on the front lines of our revenue engine—prospecting, qualifying, and engaging enterprise brands and agencies that are ready to scale their creator marketing efforts. This is not just cold calling—it’s strategic outreach, storytelling, and value creation. Your work will directly fuel our pipeline and shape our future growth.
What you’ll do:
Work from our Austin, TX office location 4 days per week
Own top-of-funnel prospecting: email, phone, LinkedIn, and event follow-up
Identify, engage, and qualify marketing and media decision-makers at global brands and agencies
Collaborate with Account Executives to book high-quality discovery meetings that convert to pipeline
Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to drive multi-touch engagement
Conduct intelligent discovery to surface buyer needs and align CreatorIQ value
Track all activity with precision—no “spray and pray” here; data is your ally

Contribute to GTM feedback loops: messaging resonance, ICP insights, and market signals
What Success Looks Like:
You consistently hit monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings booked and Sales Qualified Opportunity generated
You generate strategic conversations with decision-makers, not just contacts
You embrace coaching, iterate fast, and own your performance

You collaborate seamlessly with sales, marketing, and partnerships to drive growth
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
1–2 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in BDR, SDR, or inbound sales roles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clear, persuasive, and customer-focused
Strong organizational and time-management skills; you run your day like a revenue operator
Confidence with Salesforce, Outreach (or equivalent), and prospecting tools

Grit, curiosity, and hunger—you’re not afraid to fail forward or chase big logos
Nice to Have:
Experience in martech, adtech, or influencer/creator marketing
Familiarity with agency holding companies or Fortune 1000 marketing orgs
Interest in brand storytelling, culture, or the creator economy
