Customer Enablement Specialist
CreatorIQ is looking for a Customer Enablement Specialist to deliver high-impact customer training and customized enablement for existing customers. This is an individual contributor role focused on executing scalable customer training and enabling self-service onboarding.
Customer Enablement Specialists are platform experts who deliver live training and ensure customers have clear, use-case-focused education resources that contribute to adoption between training sessions.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Deliver 1:many live and virtual customer training covering CreatorIQ platform fundamentals, features, and best practices across global audiences.
Support webinars, office hours, and recurring enablement programs, adapting content for varying customer roles and experience levels.
Execute training aligned to standardized curriculum and learning paths, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.
Manage training logistics and engagement using the LMS, including enrollments, session tracking, and feedback collection.
Act as a CreatorIQ platform expert, staying current on new features and translating updates into clear, actionable enablement.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Education teams to surface insights, identify content gaps, and improve training effectiveness.
Deliver customized enablement services for strategic accounts, including tailored training aligned to customer workflows and goals.
Build and maintain customer-specific Help Centers and playbooks, translating product documentation into use-case-driven, scalable learning resources.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
1+ years of experience in customer enablement, training, implementation, or CS in SaaS.
Proven experience delivering live customer training.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Comfort balancing standardized and customized enablement.
Highly organized and execution-focused.
