Video/Motion Designer

We're on a mission to shake up the status quo, and we’re seeking a motion-obsessed visual storyteller to help us do it. As our Video/Motion Designer, you’ll bring CreatorIQ’s brand to life through standout visual content that captivates audiences across every channel. Reporting directly to the Director of Content Marketing & Creative, you’ll craft motion graphics, edit videos, develop scalable visual systems, and help build a creative engine that fuels awareness, engagement, and enterprise-level impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with content, brand, communications, demand generation, product marketing, and our growing creator community to create scroll-stopping content and elevate our storytelling. You'll thrive in our performance-driven, fun, and highly motivated culture where we celebrate creativity, embrace experimentation, and help each other reach new heights.

Working Hours:

9 PM–6 AM PHT, Monday-Friday

In this role, you'll get to

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animated assets, short-form videos, and social content that reinforce CreatorIQ’s brand narrative.

  • Edit podcast clips, customer stories, creator interviews, event highlights, and long-form assets into compelling, channel-optimized formats.

  • Edit raw footage into brand-aligned video content for social, web, paid media, campaigns, and events while shaping narrative structure, pacing, and tone to meet campaign and brand objectives.

  • Translate static designs into dynamic motion assets and animate graphics such as infographics, data visualizations, titles, lower thirds, transitions, logos, and UI/product graphics.

  • Version and resize content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube, paid media, slide decks, etc.) and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5).

  • Source and incorporate licensed music, sound effects, and stock footage where appropriate to enhance storytelling.

  • Perform color correction, basic color grading, and audio balancing to ensure visual and sound consistency across assets.

  • Manage asset exports, compression, and delivery specifications across channels and distribution platforms.

  • Develop visual systems, templates, and reusable motion toolkits that scale content production across the organization.

  • Maintain organized project files and media libraries to support efficient workflows and long-term asset management.

  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to execute creative briefs and deliver high-impact visual content.

  • Provide input on production feasibility, timelines, and technical requirements for video and motion projects.

  • Apply and uphold CreatorIQ’s brand guidelines across all video and motion work to ensure consistency, quality, and a modern visual identity.

  • Experiment with new formats, styles, tools, and platform trends—transforming insights into repeatable playbooks and best practices.

Who you are and what you'll need for this position

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling work.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent motion and video tools (e.g., Cinema4D, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Figma).

  • Strong understanding of modern visual storytelling principles including pacing, typography, transitions, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Strong technical knowledge of video formats, compression, export settings, and distribution requirements.

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and product or brand marketing initiatives.

  • Understanding of platform-specific best practices across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media channels.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

  • A collaborative, iterative, and feedback-friendly approach to creative work.

  • Familiarity with production workflows and collaboration tools such as Frame.io, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
