THE POSITION:

The Director Supplier Risk & Performance Management (SRPM) is a key appointment as the FanDuel business experiences significant growth. The role will report directly into the Senior Director of Procurement & Property Operations and will be accountable for SRPM Policy Administration and deployment. Annual Critical Supplier Performance Reviews, Policies, Controls, Risk and Compliance across the Source-to-Contract eco-system .

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Active member of the Senior Property & Procurement Leadership Team
  • Establish working relationships with the key stakeholders across the business including Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit. (~30 Team Members)
  • Design the Annual Critical Supplier Performance reviews with Key Stakeholders
  • Administrate these reviews with Flutter SRPM and Local Business Contract Owners
  • Report on all SRPM requirement back into local management & GROUP including.
    • Reviews performed on Critical Suppliers
    • Category Management Risk Assessments
    • Contribute into our Supplier Sustainability strategy
    • Delivered the defined Procurement Efficiency Benefits.
    • Provide Monthly updates and reports into Finance.

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • An experienced Senior Commercial Procurement Sourcing Executive or a Risk & Compliance officer that has Procurement Experience.
  • Understands key Procurement Business Partnering principles.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ procurement experience, risk, compliance or supply chain exposure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Supply Chain, Legal or Finance is preferrable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team in a dynamic WFH/Hybrid Environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, produce great presentations and execute well!
  • Strong commercial and analytics acumen
  • Be able to prioritize workload, work to tight deadlines, adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, and motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A Team player, growth mindset wants to contribute into the function and more broadly FanDuel

The applicable salary range for this position is $144,000 to $198,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
