THE POSITION:

The Paralegal and Contracts Manager will support the legal department by managing all aspects of contract process, working on regulatory licenses, drafting standard contracts for review by attorneys, and fielding inquiries from company employees. In addition, the Paralegal and Contracts Manager will assist with regulatory compliance tasks such as vendor registrations and vendor due diligence process.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Prepare standard contracts such as vendor agreements, NDAs, contractor agreements, basic license agreements for review by attorney
- Prepare and file regulatory license applications and renewals in coordination with licensing team and outside vendor
- Assist with regulatory compliance tasks such as vendor registration and vendor due diligence process under supervision of compliance counsel.
- Assist Regulatory Compliance Team and Counsel Vice President with scheduling, team administration and expense reporting as necessary
- Respond to fact-based inquiries from internal parties on contract terms under supervision of attorney
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- A minimum of 3 years’ of professional experience preferred
- BA degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience managing contract workflows, generating contracts, managing templates, and executing contracts
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.

The applicable hourly range for this position is 32.69 to 44.95 is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
