THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is looking to add a Compliance Associate to join a team of experienced compliance professionals in its Corporate Compliance team. This person will report to a Compliance Manager.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day Compliance support to the Compliance Manager driving FanDuel’s Corporate Compliance program. We’re looking for someone who has a good understanding of, and experience with compliance program development and maintenance. You will have a wide range of responsibilities within the Corporate Compliance Team.

THE GAME PLAN:

Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support and contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance of FanDuel’s Corporate Compliance program
  • Supporting the Corporate Compliance team in the execution and oversight of FanDuel’s Policies & Procedures governance framework and system
  • Supporting the Corporate Compliance team in driving Compliance Training & Awareness
  • Assisting on preparation of Compliance Metrics & Reporting
  • Coordinating and collaborating with Compliance teams on their Compliance Plans, Policies & Procedures, and Metrics & Reporting
  • Working on special projects identified by Corporate Compliance team
  • Proactively providing practical, business friendly solutions for heavily regulated business and regulatory issues

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Once hired, the Compliance Associate may be required to obtain licenses from various jurisdictions to represent FanDuel before regulators in those jurisdictions
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in compliance
  • Working as a consultant covering compliance or risk is a plus
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
  • Dedicated team player who can withstand the high demands of a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Highly organized, results driven, problem solver, and collaborator

The applicable hourly range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
