THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Analyst to join our People Team. We are committed to hiring best in class talent while providing a positive candidate experience and developing an exciting and respected employer brand. In this newly created role, you will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Operations Director to analyze recruiting data, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, put together presentations to share with key business stakeholders and further build out and automate TA reporting. You will have the opportunity to build, innovate, and work on a variety of projects as FanDuel continues to grow. We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, shifting gears quickly, creating processes, measuring the success of everything, storytelling and influencing change with data.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Work to improve, build upon and eventually help to automate reporting for the TA team. Initially, this may involve manually pulling and compiling data from a variety of places.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure data/reporting alignment
  • Proactively analyze recruiting data – help ensure data integrity across teams, bring forward trends and opportunities for the recruiting team
  • Create and adapt dashboards for a wide range of audiences (recruiters, recruiting leaders, key business stakeholders, executives, partners, etc.)
  • Create processes to measure and share results for a variety of recruiting initiatives (Ex: campus recruiting events, recruiting pilots, recruitment marketing efforts)

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with visualization tools like Tableau
  • Experience building dashboards and presentations for a variety of audiences
  • Experience working with recruiting systems (HRIS, ATS, CRM, sourcing tools)
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics preferred
  • Ability to work independently and lead specific projects or initiatives

The applicable salary range for this position is $64,000 - 84,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
