The Position

FanDuel is looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive forward our Sportsbook product’s strategic vision and roadmap . As Lead Product Manager, you will play a key role in leading complex, multi disciplinary teams through their entire lifecycle and delivering on crucial objectives for a strategic pillar.

You will be responsible for a large product backlog of initiatives and leading global teams whilst advising at a cross divisional and global level.

  • Work in an agile mindset ensuring customer value is delivered is quickly
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across all team members of FanDuel Sportsbook
  • Use data to help drive prioritisation decisions and ensure we deliver positive return on investment
  • Guide and support a team of Product Managers to define strategic initiatives and OKRs.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring experience of product management working in a Sportsbook product alongside knowledge in Sportsbook platforms. Ideally, you will have experience of working with multiple time zones, business locations and culture and have the ability to motivate and instill confidence across people.

  • Experience working with Atlassian Tools (Confluence / Jira)
  • Experience working with delivery teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and translate between multiple technology and business functions

Location: Our Scottish tech hub is based in central Edinburgh and is fitted with fabulous amenities including a Gym, showers, bike parking, gaming pods, multiple breakout areas, meeting rooms, a roof terrace and much more. We operate a hybrid model for the majority of our roles, where we normally spend a day or two in the office per week.
