THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development of customer marketing experiences on the Sportsbook app, through promotions and rewards. You’ll define the product strategy and roadmap, partnering cross-functionally to deliver impactful, personalized, in-app user experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This includes prioritizing product and customer needs, setting clear goals, and collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholders to bring solutions to market. Success in this role relies on market insight, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and a rigorous approach to data analysis.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

- Evangelize product vision, strategy, objectives, and key results, achieving buy-in from key stakeholders, working across business to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and secure resources, and driving and influencing role of product in larger strategy
- Identify, shape, and ensure execution of new products and product initiatives
- Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
- Assess product opportunities and contribute meaningfully to vision and prioritization of new initiatives and products
- Ensure transparency and alignment across the company, bridging the gap between product and other functions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches
- Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
- Establish, track and report objectively on product performance metrics
- Opportunity to identify, grow, and develop top talent on the Product team
- Define product success criteria, including identifying new levers that may drive overall business success
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for rewarding, relevant, and frictionless promotional experiences.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2C digital products preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
- Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly to inform the right decisions
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
- Experience in building promotions, loyalty, or gamification features that drive customer retention is a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $121,000 - $166,100 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
