THE POSITION

We're looking for an Associate Producer, Social/Digital to work with our content production team to produce FanDuel social & digital video production for the FanDuel Group sportsbook brand.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
Work closely with our Sr Associate Producer and Executive Producer to:
- Collaborate with company stakeholders, creatives & strategists to define project scope & parameters
- Define resource needs, project timelines and deliverables grids
- Work with the Digital Video Content Studio Animation and Motion team to book time & personnel
- Manage assigned projects, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines
- QC all video deliverables, with acute attention to detail
- Create, maintain and organize assets and documentation such as final deliverables, vendor contracts, legal substantiation, and talent usage rights
- Monitor all production activity on assigned projects, ensuring successful project completion against budgets and deadlines
- Communicate the status of each project to stakeholders in order to meet project deadlines
- Take notes in meetings, gather feedback, and facilitate consolidation
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Ideal candidate has 5+ years of brand & advertising production experience.
- Must be highly familiar with digital video workflow requirements - video files types and delivery specs.
- Strong background in production & post-production management & workflows specifically in video & motion.
- Exceptional project management skills and comfort managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape
- Ability to 'speak fluently' in a wide range of business disciplines- video, production & post, project management, and experience working with legal teams and disclaimer language
- Experience working with an in-house fully integrated post-production team
- Acute attention to detail
- Superb verbal and written communication skills to relay information simply and clearly to creative marketing and cross functional departments
- Level-headed, balanced and collaborative in nature
- Project management software experience ie Asana is a plus
- Experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
- Familiarity with SAG Signatory and Union rules and regulations is a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $72,000 - $90,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
