We are seeking an experienced, self-driven contract Sales Development Representative to join our team, to focus specifically on outbound prospecting, generating leads with mid-market and enterprise prospects. This is a 6-month temporary position with potential for conversion to full-time. You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.

We're a fully-remote team, and this role can be remote virtually anywhere in the U.S.

What you'll do:
- Prospect primarily to B2B and eCommerce merchants, and introduce them to a new way of achieving their conversion & testing goals.
- Understand the business goals your prospects care about, and drive toward meetings by leading with value.
- Build a process to craft personalized outreach on all channels - at scale.

Ideal Background:
- At least 1 year of experience in an SDR role.
- Prospecting experience (ideally in a SaaS/Martech organization) and comfortable client-facing.
- Managed objections and rejections in previous roles.
- Experience being a self-directed learner, and task oriented.
- Experience working as an SDR in a fully-remote environment.
Compensation:
For this role, the estimated base salary range is $60,350-$83,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, geography and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed ranges above are a guideline, and the base salary for this role may be modified.
Additional to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as sales incentive pay. As a temporary role, this role is not benefits eligible.
