You will be responsible for executing roadmap initiatives for the web portal (monopolygo.com), as well as launching and testing experiences that impact the live product’s business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of player-facing features, from progressive rollouts to post-launch iteration, in collaboration with content, localization, QA, product, engineering, platform partnerships, and customer support.
  • Co-own live features and their configurations with product and QA teams to drive optimization.
  • Maintain and operate the web portal's operations schedule, including assets, content, engagement features, benefits program, and player communications.
  • Coordinate with QA to ensure segmentation accuracy and quality for all live content.
  • Oversee localization efforts to ensure a high-quality experience across all supported languages.
  • Contribute to both user-facing and internal tool improvement roadmaps to support best-in-class operations.
  • Collaborate with the player experience team to resolve user issues and collect feedback to guide prioritization and strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in software development, preferably in F2P mobile games or e-commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years in LiveOps, service, project, or program management roles.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication; can articulate the “why” behind initiatives to drive alignment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and comfortable handling complex data.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows, mitigate risks, and solve problems creatively.

Mindset:

  • Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and quality-obsessed.
  • Strong ownership and accountability; thrives in execution.
  • Creative and adaptive, always focused on high-impact priorities.
  • Passionate about F2P mobile games and enhancing user-centric experiences.
