Scopely is looking for a Sr. Game UI Artist to join the Looney Tunes team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do

We’re looking for a Senior UI Artist to help shape the visual experience of Looney Tunes World of Mayhem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality UI art that feels playful, readable, and unmistakably Looney Tunes. You’ll collaborate closely with UX, design, product, and engineering to bring screens, backgrounds, and icons to life while maintaining a cohesive visual style across the game.

This is a hands-on role for an artist who deeply understands UI art requirements and can execute from early sketches through final polished assets. Responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-quality UI visuals including screens, backgrounds, icons, buttons, frames, and decorative elements in the Looney Tunes style
• Developing clear and expressive sketches for UI backgrounds and icons, iterating quickly based on feedback
• Rendering final UI assets with a high level of polish using Photoshop, ensuring consistency, clarity, and performance readiness
• Apply strong knowledge of UI art fundamentals (readability, hierarchy, contrast, scalability, and platform constraints)
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes into engaging, on-brand visual designs
• Work closely with engineers to ensure assets are implemented correctly and efficiently
• Maintain and help evolve the UI visual style while respecting established Looney Tunes guidelines
• Provide feedback and mentorship to other artists when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of UI art requirements for mobile games
• Excellent sketching skills, particularly for UI backgrounds and icons
• Proven ability to render polished UI art in Photoshop in a Looney Tunes–inspired style
• Solid grasp of color, composition, shape language, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating UI assets that balance charm with usability
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across disciplines
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently

Bonus

• Experience using AI tools to support UI art workflows (concept exploration, iteration, ideation, or production efficiency), with strong artistic judgment guiding final output
• Experience working on stylized or cartoon Ips

Portfolio

A portfolio is required and should demonstrate:

• UI art for games or interactive products
• Looney Tunes–style or cartoon-style visuals
• Sketches and final rendered UI work (icons, backgrounds, screens)
