Scopely is looking for a Talent Tech Analyst to align information technology expertise with human resources knowledge to optimize the company’s HR technology practices.

As a Talent Tech Analyst, you will be the technical administrator for the company’s Applicant Tracking System. You will provide technical expertise and support to ensure the People Team’s processes maintain efficiency and optimize the company’s evolving business. You will be a key member of a global HR technology team, representing the interests of the business teams in design and support.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the day-to-day operations and administration of Greenhouse (ATS) within the People Tech team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues raised by Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations teams
  • Assist with configuration and maintenance activities in Greenhouse, including workflows, permissions, templates, and system settings
  • Assist with testing new system features, integrations, and process enhancements prior to rollout
  • Support system maintenance activities, including monitoring system behavior, reviewing errors, and assisting with data and permission audits
  • Maintain and update internal People Tech documentation, including system processes, configuration records, and technical documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system processes and documentation remain accurate and up to date
  • Help support system-related aspects of training materials and user enablement resources
  • Assist with ensuring data accuracy and compliance with defined system processes and standards
  • Provide support across additional People Systems, including Workday, as needed
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements and optimization initiatives across Talent Acquisition and People systems

Requirements or ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, or similar business systems (Greenhouse experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable troubleshooting system-related issues and supporting end users with day-to-day questions
  • Interest in HR technology, systems, and process improvement
  • Basic understanding of system configurations, workflows, permissions, or data management concepts is a plus
  • Experience testing system updates, new features, or process changes is preferred
  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work collaboratively across teams
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience supporting additional HR systems, such as Workday, is a plus but not required
