Overview
The Revenue Program Manager will work across the Revenue organization including marketing, analytics, growth, and retail/sales teams to develop and implement processes and procedures that support business growth and efficient scaling of operations. In this role, you will flex between leading, motivating, and supporting a diverse team in a fast-paced organization.
What You Will Do
- Partner effectively across functional teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, Content, Customer Care, and Marketing, to drive programs from ideation to execution
- Structure work streams and facilitate the definition of deliverables, and drive to completion
- Manage 2-3 distinct program initiatives concurrently: program plans, scope, timeline, core team roles and responsibilities, milestones, executive stakeholder management, success metrics and risk mitigation
- Become the program expert and hub of information
- Report on weekly progress, challenges and blockers and communicate deeper executive reviews at milestones meetings
- Provide the big picture point view to support, guide and challenge individual work stream owners
- Help teams leverage Coda, to aid in the planning and organization of work
- Maintain an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration
- Evangelize the use of program management best practices and act as an Operational Excellence thought leader
Who You Are
- 6+ years of related experience in program management, project management or related field
- Working knowledge of analytics and business management software programs including Looker, G-suite, NetSuite, Salesforce
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and experience working in an Agile-based development environment
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Knowledge of program management tools and techniques
- Demonstrates excellent learning acumen to ramp on projects quickly
- Self-motivated with the capability of working independently
- Growth and process mindset with proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity
- Effective at creating frameworks and dashboards to communicate information
- Demonstrated ability to own and clear blockers with limited supervision
- Health and wellness advocate who values the intersection of consumer electronics and physical and mental well-being.
Extra Credit

- PMP/ Scrum Master certificate is a plus
The range of base salary for the position is between $155,000 - $168,000 USD plus equity and benefits. We take into consideration an individual’s background, experience, and location in determining their salary. This role is also eligible for health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and other additional benefits.
