What You'll Do:

In this role, you have ownership for developing and executing community management strategy for select ATTN: projects and clients. You stay abreast of social trends and play a critical role in helping inform content decisions and growing presence of brands, talent, and initiatives. You’ll report to the Senior Strategist.

Community Management (50%)

  • Expertise in community management on TikTok, and flex capabilities to other social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube) as assigned
  • Create and maintain TikTok Community Management Guidelines document for brand partners
  • Comment moderation (removing hate speech or other highly inappropriate comments not captured by platform's filters and adding new blocked words to the comment filter)
  • Write engaging and on-brand post copy and comment replies for all content
  • Comment engagement with likes and replies on brand partner TikTok posts
  • Identify moments for collaboration and escalate to account and creative teams
  • Monitoring brand partner mentions and relevant hashtags for reactive content opportunities and escalating to creative team
  • Publish content to social platforms with high level of attention to detail and best practices
  • Escalate high risk customer service inquiries to appropriate brand partner POCs

Social Strategy (40%)

  • Stay abreast of popular creators, original sounds, memes and trends and share findings with relevant teams
  • Develop overall Editorial Calendar that can be drawn on by various brand partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of ATTN overall creative and brand strategy through master strategy documents and templates (including music/trending sounds, influencer strategy, new features, etc.)
  • Track audience analytics, social media trends, key engagement metrics for ongoing reporting
  • Be a trusted expert on the state of the industry, proactively delivering insights on relevant topics to team members and clients, in particular on the TikTok audience
  • Continuously develop and improve procedures that will lead to more strategic/insightful plans and/or workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with Accounts and Insights on case studies for campaigns, trends, or overall partnerships

Special Projects (10%)

  • Spearhead select special projects including project management, strategy, and talent & partner communications with brands, platforms and organizations, as assigned
  • Track and communicate key operational and strategic learnings from projects with wider team and support the implementation of new practices informed by the learnings
  • Support social media content and growth strategy initiatives for the company and other consulting clients, as assigned
  • Seamlessly work alongside departments including project management, client services, brand partnerships, creative, production, originals, talent, audience, legal, and more

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in developing and implementing social media strategies, developing audiences, and executing communications
  • Must possess demonstrated success at growing and engaging social media audiences
  • Excel at writing content for a variety of social platforms including IG, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
  • Ability to anticipate messaging needs, be proactive and meet fast deadlines
  • Ability to understand cultural issues and explain them verbally and in writing across different styles (e.g., blog post, website, social media, etc.)
  • Able to identify audience specific trends, threats, and opportunities on social platforms
  • Self-starter with attention to detail
  • Passion for great storytelling that is relates to GenZ and Millennial audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required, and the ability to effectively interact with individuals across all levels, backgrounds, lived experiences, and perspectives
  • Strong understanding of key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings


This position has an estimated annual salary range of $70,000-$75,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.

Candidates can be based in Los Angeles, New York, or remote. If located in Los Angeles, this will be a hybrid role with 2 days in office.
