Who We Are:

ATTN: is the creative studio and media company that earns attention – and makes it matter. We started as a publisher, building a business around attention that amassed a massive audience, giving us rare insights and valuable distribution. Since then, we’ve grown into a full-service content studio that creates original IP and premium social campaigns for the brands, institutions, and leaders who need more than just visibility. Through creative excellence and a deep understanding of culture, we build trust and drive meaningful impact for our partners.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a stellar Recruiter with a strong in-house creative agency experience. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across creative, strategy, account management, production, and operations roles. You’ll own everything from kickoff and sourcing to offer and onboarding handoff, all while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles (creative, strategy, account, production, operations), including staff and freelance/contract.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role kickoffs, calibrated job descriptions/scorecards, interview plans, and closing strategy.
  • Source proactively via Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, and other platforms as needed to build robust pipelines.
  • Evaluate creative portfolios/reels in partnership with hiring teams to assess craft quality and role fit.
  • Manage ATS (Greenhouse) hygiene, reporting, and data integrity; ensure timely candidate progression and meet agreed communication deadlines.
  • Design and facilitate structured, equitable interview processes; train and enable interviewers on best practices.
  • Track and report recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline diversity and health, offer-acceptance rate, candidate/hiring manager satisfaction); use insights to improve outcomes.
  • Call out process inefficiencies and implement improvements across sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
  • Partner with the Senior People Operations Manager to design and continuously improve a strong, scalable onboarding experience.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive candidate experience at every touchpoint and communicate ATTN:’s employer brand authentically.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of in-house recruiting at a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for creative-agency roles across staff and freelance.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and closing skills; comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across levels and functions.
  • Passion for candidate experience and for connecting the right talent to ATTN:’s mission.

Compensation

This position has an estimated annual salary range of $90,000–$120,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.

Location

Candidates can be based in Los Angeles or New York. This is a hybrid role with 3 days expected to be on-site in one of our hubs.
